age regressing is a coping mechanism people watering them down to age playing are absolute MESSES. they are similar in certain aspects however one is used to trauma of basically “growing up too fast.” age playing is WEIRD age regressing is a coping mechanism from TRAUMA

Age regression= a type of coping where you like to act like a baby or another age and act younger from past trauma etc Age playing: a type of kink where you age play as a baby or younger self and see it more as a kink or sexual type.
