Why I encourage solo travel: ✨it is an amazing tool to build your self confidence and your self love ✨intentionally spending time alone, is one of the most special things you can do for yourself - this is where the inner work happens and where you learn to fall in love with who you are ✨as women, we do a lot (especially if you’re a mom or spouse)…we deserve to do nice things for ourselves, alone, guilt free. We have this thing where we always put everyone else first. We MUST pour into ourselves and fill up our own cups, in order to show up as our best selves for others (a lot of us miss this part or feel too guilty…but it’s crucial!) ✨I decided a long time ago that I’m going to experience life to the absoluteeeee fullest, and to not wait around to meet my man, in order to see this world.
