I nearly attempted last September. I was going through a deep post partum episode after having my son that July as well as having undiagnosed mental illnesses. I’m so so glad my daughter decided to wake up that night and ask to get in bed with me or I would’ve missed out on so much. I was legitimately at rock bottom in my head and didn’t see light at the end of the tunnel. I am here to tell you there is light at the end of the tunnel. it truly does get so much better. 🤍

I believe it is selfish. God has plans for you and you have to have faith in Him to carry you through. Get the help you need. None of us is perfect and we won’t ever be. We have all made so many mistakes we don’t care to talk about. Sometimes it helps to talk to people. It helps to wake up every day and just put one foot in front of the other. That’s all anyone asks. Just keep trying. You are loved more than you will ever know. Work on you and you will find your person. So proud of you. ♥️
