I love my job. I’m a supervisor for a team that does prior authorizations. I would say that being on the phone is mixed up because if you work for a 3rd party doing auths, you will be on the phone.

I process auths for 3rd party company for msk,ent,cardiac,pain but considered utilization management, not prior authorizations n pay suckssssss n i want off phones completely been here 5 yrs in October n still under $20/hr!!! HELPPPPP lol
