Maybe that's why the Tseritsa chose to freeze her love towards her people. She wants to demostrate her love for humanity is genuine and isn't originated from a cursed, she wants to prove this by freeing everyone from these curses. All archons represent their trait in their title and personality, the Tseritsa would be the only exception for this reason.

Before taking the throne she was pretty ruthless, and even afterwards she still takes a pretty distant approach towards her people. While the 2.0 archon quest was hard on Inazumans, the curse might've saved them from being hurt any more than they could have been..
