I just created a hook that doesn't let me send another message after 10 prompts, really useful to keep chats short and get the most of your tokens

When a single chat gets a bit long I ask it to review responses and see if it’s time to restart fresh. If so to prepare a “migration” file and a prompt to start the next chat with all relevant context and info needed. Make it a skill and just ask “need a break?” If yes - you can take a 5 min break and come back to continue fresh
