want to do it but have 2 bone on bone knees n I know u have same but it's getting worse. but also I'm losing weight I was 325 n now I'm like 295 something. I want to be more active

I remember that first challenge. And when you first started doing it, and I was concerned about your weight and your situation. And look at you. Now you have totally changed your. Situation I am so happy. it's not about perfection, it's about being able to have a life and I feel you have one now.
