After enough time in this market, I think surviving crypto comes down to three things: 1. Protect your health. No trade is worth destroying your sleep, physical health, relationships or mental state over. The market is 24/7. You shouldn’t be. Go to the gym. Get outside. Spend time with your family. Eat well. Sleep. There will always be another chart to look at. 2. Protect your capital. You don’t have to win every trade. You don’t even have to participate in every opportunity. Your first job is staying in the game. One bad leveraged position, one oversized memecoin bet, or one moment of desperation trying to make your money back can erase months—or years—of good decisions. Sometimes the best trade is doing absolutely nothing. 3. Build a life outside of crypto. This might be the most important one. Build something outside of it. A career. A business. A family. A strong body. Hobbies. Relationships. Whatever gives your life meaning when the charts are red and nobody on your timeline is talking about the next bull run.
