I can understand her desperation. Her madness. She said you were born Luna and I was born in the mud. Those are some powerful words if you really think about it. We're talking about,classism, bloodlines and systematic privilege in every aspect of an society. One was destined for a Golden throne and the other simply because of bloodlines was forced to crawl in the muck, the refuse of a society. And I also got the impression that being a female and wild wolf wasn't rated to high on the totem pole. Her character was used abused, desperate when she saw an opportunity to be top dog literally. She didn't care what she had to do in order to keep all that power. Because she knew all too well what not having power means. Am I justifying her brutal mad dog behavior no but I understand it. The alpha and his Luna Queen. Outside their castle walls the dynamics of pack life was really screwed up. And being Queen and King. They have to accept some culpability at the blade that damn near killed both of them. But they never touched upon that in the movie. The Luna just makes some offhanded remark about just because you're in pain doesn't mean you hurt people? Come on.. And then she strips her of her wolf. And watches from a distance as she literally mauled to death.😳🙄
