Ingredients: 1.5 kg beef or lamb, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons butter, 5 cloves garlic, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons mustard, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, rosemary, thyme.
