But thanks to @itskrisjanson for recommending Sister Wah, we ended up discovering this amazing bowl of Michelin-recognized beef noodle soup in Hong Kong. Ordered the Beef collagen which was comforting, flavorful, and exactly what you want after a long day of exploring. And the surprise doesn’t stop there — there’s a black sesame soft serve right next door! The perfect cool, nutty finish after a hot bowl of beef noodles. Sometimes the best food finds are the ones you didn’t plan for.
