But painful reality exists naturally. Rain is good but can cause suffering and death and so is the wind and sun. We are free-willed being in some way and that naturally causes things sometimes not go our ways and that is frustrating. Conditioning the mind to find peace in chaos and adversities is also somehow self- denial and even delusional. If we didn’t have the experience of peace, love and happiness, maybe the opposites of those things would not exist.
