Amin Adam Demands Removal of BoG Governor from GoldBod Board Over Financing Concerns From the KOFI360NEWSGH News Desk Former Finance Minister and Member of Parliament for Karaga, Dr Mohammed Amin Adam, has called for the removal of the Governor of the Bank of Ghana (BoG) from the Board of the Ghana Gold Board (GoldBod), arguing that the central bank’s involvement in financing GoldBod raises serious concerns that require further scrutiny. Dr Amin Adam made the call during a press conference held by the Minority Caucus of Parliament, where the caucus addressed a number of issues concerning the government’s management of the economy and, in particular, the operations and financing arrangements surrounding GoldBod.
