I feel like the market is getting saturated. A lot of the same things at every shop. Definitely suggest change up the products. I mean people only need so many pens and journals.

I just closed my shop because I couldn’t keep up with sales. The comment I got the most as to why people kept coming back was that I gave a lot of freebies. I would try to do some shopping and find the least expensive extra stuff you can throw in maybe like box cutters,correction tape push pins, mini notebooks, pens. It takes a lot of looking around to find things that don’t cost you a lot of money but make it like look like you’re giving a ton of stuff.

Whenever I’m looking for new shops to order from…if they run specials it catches my attention. But, I look for shops that have items unique to their shop…it makes them stand out. For me, I won’t typically order from shops that have the same things as most of the other shops. When you order a lot of scoops and they all have the same things…you end up with too many duplicates. It gets to be too much.

I have ordered several for my daughter's (12 or olds) alot of the "kids" scoops are too young for them and I have to list several things that they don't use in the more adult geared scoops. I have only seen a few shops that offer "tween" scoops. I know the videos are alot of hard work but that is a "freebie" you could offer with every "X" order. Hopefully this helps ♥️My hubs has but me on a Scooping halt for a bit lol. I love them. it is fun getting surprises!

I've seen so many scoop shops do box swaps with each other, which gets your name out to potentially different customers that wouldn't know you are out there. Not sure if you have done any of that kind of thing. maybe try to swap with a shop thats normally out of your comfort zone. this is not necessarily the case for everybody but I have ordered a lot of scoop boxes so I have a lot of Bookmarks & face masks and those kind of things, for example, so I personally have been looking at more personalized curated boxes. they do tend to cost a little bit more at times but at least I know i won't be getting a lot of things that I just won't use at this point. Just my two cents:)

Constructive Criticism: Lighting, no one can see the bundle icons, icon board or product. What did the client order? We dont get the tea on that it us something we like. Also, we like to see the completed goodies together.

little stuffed animals are a big hit in scoop shops. Presentation and uniqueness is important too. Advertise that you are US based will help with local shoppers because most are overseas and take forever to recieve. Bigger items will draw people in. A quirky intro will hook people and they will usually stay. One I am hooked on is Outdoor adventure scoops. Try to find items no one is adding to their bundles. Word of mouth is great for businesses like yours, that's why I repost. Stationary is a huge hit, as well as pens and unique sticky notes. Useful items are perfect. Don't give up on yourself!!!! It takes a bit of trial and error but I think you will find what works uniquely for you! Add local items to your area. I have not found anyone adding Native American items anywhere. I loved what I got from you. You have what it takes. Don't be afraid to be goofy, silly, or funny. Just don't give up hun. Add videos with sample scoops and play with it. See what grabs attention the most. YOU GOT THIS!!! 😁❤️❤️❤️❤️

do boxes for "people". meaning say your doing a box for Jane doe and her favorite colors are pink/purple and she doesn't like washi tape for example. people will never know it's not a real order

keep posting. do sample boxes. do trade boxes with other shops. use the hashtag fyp. run a sale like buy one scoop get one scoop free or every purchase for a set time gets a free video. I quickly looked at your site, it's cute I just can't do a box right now. also run a contest where someone or a few people get a free box but have them do an unboxing video

I feel you. I have the same issue. I get a order here or there and then I see other shops that they can’t even keep up. I feel like I buy good quality items, I feel like my prices are competitive with everyone else. I do free videos and I priced it so I can include shipping. And I still don’t get more than one or two orders a week if I’m lucky lol. I always pack extra freebies after I film so people get a couple mystery items. And honestly, I don’t know how people give tons of free things because sometimes I don’t make any money on a box. lol which is fine like it’s mostly just because it’s such a fun thing to do and to make people happy is a wonderful feeling. However, you know you have to make a profit so you can continue to buy merchandise… I post every day I engage in comments I don’t know… I guess if it’s meant to be it will be. By the way, and you know because I’ve ordered from you multiple times —-I love your shop, I love your videos. Your stuff is great and hang in there, girl it’s gonna turn around… 💕💕💕
