And there is never one protocol I use for every neurodivergent child. The support needs to be individualised to the child and realistic for the family. Progress doesn’t always look dramatic either. Sometimes it’s falling asleep a little easier. Trying a new food. Having a calmer morning. Or one less meltdown that week. Those small wins matter.
