cops like to say we can go and argue this in court because they still get paid when there appear in court while, we the citizens have to take a day off work when we go to court. Missed hours of work is missed money. And before you say you can take paid time off not every job offers that. Its even worse when the officer is a no show in court, because you took time off work, just for them to be a no show.
