All of that for an expired registration? Oh my goodness, he is a hardened criminal isn’t he? If the cops are that scared over expired registration, they need to find another line of work. I guarantee they wanted him out of the vehicle in retaliation to not having the window all the way down. They couldn’t stand the fact that he had partial control as to how the stop was being conducted.
