Even though it hasn't been released yet, I have 2theories I think that woman is the parallel 5th Spirit. Since Elsa is the 5th Spirit of the Northern Lights, and the portal that opened up is full of ice inside as well, I think it's very likely a parallel spirit She became evil Snow queen and Elsa became Angel or She might her aunt who was formal 5th spirit and she used to be evil so that she trapped in that portal and When Elsa fear, anxiety,anger made that portal open easily
