توجہ فرمائیں! پیاس صرف پانی سے کہاں بجھتی ہے، کبھی اپنوں کی محبت، قربت اور خلوص بھی دل کو سکون دے جاتے ہیں۔ ❤️‍🩹

What’s your favorite childhood meal? ❤️Today i’m having Italian dressing baked chicken thighs and the recipe: Chicken: Season your chicken thighs generously on both sides. Don’t be shy with it. I use Kinder chicken seasoning, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Place your seasoned chicken thighs in an oven-safe dish, then add half of a sliced onion around the chicken. Pour Italian dressing over everything generously so it’s well coated. Bake uncovered at 375°F for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked to your liking and juicy. Green beans: Heat a pan over medium-high heat with butter, then add half of a sliced onion and sauté until soft. Pour in two cans of cut green beans (drained), then add all-purpose seasoning. Mix well and let it cook through. (Optional: add bacon pieces for extra flavor.) Mashed potatoes: Peel and cut your potatoes into chunks. Try to keep them about the same size so they cook evenly. Add them to a pot, cover with cold salted water, and bring to a boil. Cook until fork-tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes well, then put them back in the pot to let any extra moisture cook off for a minute. Add butter, heavy cream or milk, salt, black pepper, and a little garlic powder. Mash until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Optional: add a spoonful of sour cream or cream cheese for extra creaminess. Cornbread: Combine 2 boxes of Jiffy mix, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup of milk, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. Bake on 375 for approximately 15 minutes or until golden. While still warm, add a butter and honey mixture on top. #food #EasyRecipe #grandma #nostalgia #90s
