@philippinestar: HANGGANG DIBDIB NA BAHA SA E. RODRIGUEZ Heavy flooding reaching waist-deep levels has stranded motorists and commuters along E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue corner G. Araneta Avenue as of Monday at 2:30 PM. In a video uploaded by Allan Lumalang, residents are seen braving the floodwaters while cars remain on the unflooded section of the road. "Ngayon lang ulit sumampa yung tubig sa part ng E. Rod. na 'yan. Bumabaha 'yung Araneta cor. E. Rod., pero 'di umaabot gaano sa area na 'yan, parang twice ko pa lang nakita since lumipat ako ng QC," he told The Philippine STAR. The motorist from Quezon City added that he chose to go home rather than navigate the floodwaters on his way to work in Manila, noting that the water levels had risen further when he checked the situation again at 3:30 PM. As of 2PM, PAGASA raised red warning level over Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon due to the southwest monsoon (Habagat).
