Singapore is so small and we have to think outside the box. Perhaps policies to encourage Singapore companies to go global but employ locals. Give Geo arbitrage to those who want them. Those who die die want to pay millions and settle for a tiny apartment can of course continue to do so. I’m sure if you give more Singaporeans to earn same salary, many won’t mind being based elsewhere
