this exact situation just happened, I started a new job in April was soo excited. slowly everyday I noticed more n more how toxic the manager n supervisor were. I knew this couldn't go on. I no longer tolerate places with people who are overall toxic. I quit last Friday the 7th. of course im a lil panicked but Ive started my own business and relying on myself is super scary but I can not do corporate another day in my life.
