fuktiktok :

THC vapes are illegal in Texas

Jay Castillo :

even before this time frame, it never failed, every time I pass through Florence, TX I get pulled over regardless what vehicle im driving and of course its at all different times of the day. So now I just go through 183 and avoid Florence at all cost, I've gotten pulled over more then 7x within an 10 year spand

CptMK :

In Texas the smell of Marihuana gives probable cause for arrest and the legal right to search the vehicle. Additionally, the “vape” was a THC vape that is ILLEGAL no matter how you bought it. Marihuana is across the board illegal. Hemp is not so as it falls under the Compassionate Use Act. So those along side there being firearms in the car constitutes potential enhanced charges. No arguments required, these offenses and definitions can be looked up in the statutory laws within “Health Safety Code” & “Penal Code” sections regarding how Marihuana/Hemp is defined & its offense.

Theo Galvan :

The chief was fired for departmental oversight and firing a lieutenant. Not over this search. This vehicle search isn’t even mentioned. By the way possession of guns and thc vapes is illegal.

David Guthrie Jr :

This was NOT Chief Thompson, it was Kellin Thompson.
