Dad has a point! I made sure I got my mother to teach me how to make the food she makes that I love, like jerk chicken, souse, curry goat and mac n cheese! Now I make these for my family 😎 thanks mum for showing me 🙏🏾

A lot of the cooking skills I gained was just from watching my mum cook and watching the cooking channel with her - am I a great cook? no but I can feed myself and my family as a result

sometimes there are people that just make it differently than you. call it nostalgia or comfort but I will always rather my mums potato salad than anyone else's even mine even though I make it the same way. but everything, its never the same. so maybe its not that they dont want to learn, but its what makes it more special that you made it
