Baby water is distilled water - babies up to the age of 1 have to drink distilled water to mix formula since their organs are still developing. The process of distilling water is a process that removes impurities from the water so their kidneys don’t take in excess minerals. The other option is breastfeeding or ready made formula bottles

"Baby water"? Is that an American thing? I have two children myself, and between my friends and family, there are about 30 kids in total. I live in Sweden and have never heard of "baby water." We just use tap water, and that’s it.
