okay I wondered this also. and while I personally am on the fence about the whole thing...the reason he would have left her is because there wouldn't be another way to finish that without it obviously being a homicide and by that time she is not credible

If you can’t figure that out you’ve got issues he thought he was killing her. He tried to slitter her wrist tried to drug her. That didn’t work then he threw her out of the house now you tell me why there’s two blood stains on the side of the house.

The man never said a bad thing about his wife. They say everyone just takes his word for everything so why didn't he say something about her that would make her look more guilty? Because he was the only one around all the time no one could have proved him wrong. He said she's not a monster and was a good mother. You don't defend the person that you want to take the fall for you.
