Everyone immediately blaming drugs need to remember. Sudden onset, unexplained, ongoing back pain can be among other things a warning sign for a Heart Attack or Pulmonary Embolism. I might be wrong in this case, but everyone always forgets back pain is a symptom and so many die because of it.
