As long as the violation happened within the city jurisdiction and the city officer's lights were activated prior to leaving the city limits, the stop is good. The Sheriff was out of line and unprofessional.

it's funny you got to admit when you see two officers trying to Dick major with each other. . ironically I actually saw a city police officer. an estate trooper one time throwdown on the side of the road. apparently the police officer didn't think that the state trooper had jurisdiction and they got into a fight just like this except it was a fist fight
