Apologies for the lengthy message😊... I came across your page on Monday (31/08) and I truly believe God led me to it. Congrats 🙌🏾 on all areas of your growth and you've got a bubbly personality... keep going... I'm a self-taught/learning plant-based baker. God has laid it on my heart to start a plant-based home baking business for some time now (over a year) and I keep delaying and when I came across your page, I had just said to Him, if this is really you God, you need to send me another sign and he sent me loads and yours was the second, and it is so informative for me. A little about me, I'm a half a century +1, qualified as a adult nurse 6 years ago and have a handful (literally) of children, boys and girls 😊. I'm not vegan... I'm intolerant to dairy. Can you recommend a good food science book, that will aide in my plant-based/vegan baking knowledge 😊
