@jensmindbodyreset: Iron Hammer Tea was recommended to us a lot, so my husband has been trying it for a few months. So far, we haven’t seen a noticeable difference—but with stage 5 kidney failure, I know his situation is very advanced. If you’ve tried it, how long did it take before you noticed any changes? I’ll keep sharing our experience either way. 💚 Our experience only—not medical advice. Herbal products can interact with medications or be unsafe with kidney disease, so check with your healthcare team. #KidneyFailure #Stage5CKD #CKD #KidneyHealth #KidneyDisease

Honestly it is so many things that has to go your way when you’re kidney failure!!! I felt it was throwing spaghetti against the wall and hoping something sticks. But going hard core no animal products 100% no processed food was the only thing that helped my husband everything else is just 1% help. But is hard things change every month 😢 ( you are doing amazing job )

I’m stage four and I haven’t seen any drastic improvement but I only drink it two or three times a week so I do need to confirm how many times a week do you need to drink it?

I’m stage 4, so I run everything through AI before using. AI says there is no strong scientific evidence shows that Iron Hammer tea meaningfully improves kidney function, and it carries potential risks for people with reduced kidney function (such as stage 4 / 5 CKD).

so I mix my own tea. I don't have a protocol but I do have a video of different loose leaf herbs. just depends on what I want to mix. currently I drink parsley a tad bit of honey following with tumeric capsules.
I did a constant tea 2-3 x a day back in Dec egfr 29 went up to 36. I stopped and it went down to 34 so I'm trying again to see in October. I want to say it depends on the stage. hopefully something works.

You definitely have to eliminate meat. Diagnosed at Stage 5 here - 13% to 20% egfr. It really also depends on how much scarring he has on his kidneys and root cause.
