The bottom line is the stylist FRIED HER FUCKING HAIR. If I left a chair looking like that and then was IGNORED AND REFUSED A REFUND ID do the same thing. I have had hair stylist FRY my hair it happens more than you think. It took me 4 fucking years to find the best stylist I’ve ever found. The stylist should have 100% refunded her. Yall are trippin. You’d do the same fucking thing if that happened to your HAIR

For anyone who’s giving her hate let’s remember a few things. The salon avoided her like the plague , handled it so unprofessionally and the stylist left the neutralizer on and told her not to rinse it.
