@gj.sweetandsavoury: Chicken Chilli Dry Ingredients: For wet batter 500 gm Chicken boneless (small slices) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup flour 1/2 cup cornflour 1 & half cup water For Sauce: 3 tbsp oil 1 tbsp garlic chopped 1 tbsp ginger chopped 5-6 green chilies (in julienne) 1 small bell pepper sliced 2 tbsp chilli sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp chicken powder 1 tsp black pepper Half cup water 3 tbsp spring onions chopped In a bowl add all the ingredients of the wet batter, mix well, add chicken, coat well, deep fry the chicken for 7 minutes each side until golden and crispy, set aside In another pan add oil, saute garlic ginger for 3 minutes, add green chillies, saute for 2-3 min,add the chicken,add all the mentioned sauces and spices with water ,cook 3-4 minutes, toss it will and coat the sauce.
