If they do not pay for the phones, then they have no right taking them, their parents pay for them. Those schools should be charged with theft. They have no right to control any human being and what they own. And pay for and if that was my kid, I would have a lawsuit

yes if in an emergancy go to the main office and make a phone call or the parent can call the school and have their child go to the office to recieve the call.
