@Người Tha Hương: She rent for 2 Years. Is it not COMMON SENSE to take Care of the House you Rent and its Surroundings. Is that why you walk by a house with Tall weeds you know that its a Rental property because the Tenant did not know have to take care of the Outside of the house also.
