Get to Disney California Adventure during the event’s early-entry/mix-in period so you can get inside, get situated, and maximize party time. 2. ❌ Don’t spend your first hour waiting for rides. The exclusive entertainment, villain encounters, treat trails, and Halloween experiences are what make the event special. You can ride attractions another time. 3. ❌ Don’t wait until the end to see your must-have character. Popular character lines can get LONG. If there’s someone you absolutely want to meet, prioritize them early. 4. ❌ Don’t forget a bag for all that candy. 🍬 You’ll get a treat bag, but if you plan on hitting lots of treat trails, bringing something larger and comfortable to carry can come in handy. 5. ❌ Don’t go in without a plan. Trying to do everything can actually make you miss the things you care about most.
