The whole reason the prophecy takes place is because of love. First Maria and Hades, Sally and Poseidon, Luke yearning for his father's love, Annabeth saving Percy’s life, Luke fighting against Kronos and Annabeth's words giving him strength, Percy trusting Annabeth enough to give Luke her dagger, and lastly Luke dying to save those he desperately loved.
