Lemme guess Bristol, same thing happened to me last year but it was 10.5k 😵💫 they wouldn’t do anything so had to find my own and lived in a flat with postgrads, still made great friends tho so dw whatever happens it’ll work out 🫶🫶🫶 2nd year house is the prize

I heard that u can email them and tell them that if they cannot match your budget then you won’t be able to continue with the course for financial reasons and sometimes they can give you a discount or move you to an off site accommodation and subsidise it

let them know!! I emailed and called and told them I couldn't afford mine and they gave me the accom that was supposedly "full" which was much cheaper (2.4k less) they be gatekeeping cheaper options sometimes!!!
