We do it with a heart shaped mirror for all the “I 💙 XXX” signs when we travel! We usually take two, one with us in focus and one with the background in focus and then combine them. We also have a heart one that is slightly bigger that has a handle and that one’s a bit easier to use. It takes some finessing so be patient!
