How I show up is very dependent on who I am around and the general vibe. It's been exhausting because I'm rarely in situations where I feel I can show up as myself 100%. I've had teachers point out my level of engagement changes based on the class, not because of the material, but because I felt more free to express myself. I've had family members say I'm a mystery, which is cool to an extent but is actually very sad when I realize how little of my true personality people see. I feel like my career has suffered greatly because of it.

I don't wanna even be diagnosed in this manner, yet I have watched this video 50 million times and it's like understanding myself in such a manner. 5 years ago I started learning about the divergencies. my brain doesn't like to get to nuanced about them so I have a hard time finding my own different ways. This video helped a lot in the ways that are different. I have a hard time explaining why I am the way I am when they wanna know how I relate to what I know. I'm 50 yr old. sometimes you know what you know and don't know a lot but feel like you should. ,🤷🤣
