@varlourajibas: Fans may have thought Captain America was running barefoot in this scene, but Chris Evans was actually wearing specially designed prosthetic foot boots. 🦶🎬 During the filming of Captain America: The First Avenger in 2011, Evans portrayed Steve Rogers shortly after his transformation. In one memorable sequence, Rogers chases a HYDRA agent through the streets, appearing to run completely barefoot. In reality, the actor’s feet were protected by custom-made prosthetics designed to look like real human feet. The chase involved running at high speed across rough surfaces, including streets covered with gravel and other debris, making it unsafe for Evans to actually run barefoot. 🏃♂️ The production team carefully sculpted and painted the prosthetics to match Evans’ feet, including realistic skin textures and toenail details. The scenes were filmed in Manchester and Liverpool, England, with the locations transformed to resemble 1940s Brooklyn. 🇬🇧🎥 But the illusion didn’t stop with practical effects. Visual effects were also used during post-production to make the prosthetic feet appear even more realistic on screen. So, what looked like a simple barefoot chase was actually a combination of practical effects, custom prosthetics, stunt safety, and visual effects. It’s another great example of how Hollywood can make something that looks completely ordinary on screen surprisingly complicated behind the scenes. 🎬✨ #captainamerica #movie #foryou #fyp
