In this toddler season I’m letting go of cute babies eating “perfectly” and meeting my toddlers where they are at. For us that looks like: -prepping them for the expectation at meals (bum on the chair, plate& food go HERE etc) -keep expectations LOW. I can only get a few minutes of my kids sitting and eating. Sometimes a visual timer works. Other times I just have an eating “window.” When that window closes food is all done until the next meal.
