@anniehomeschools: If you don’t feel qualified to homeschool your children, maybe you don’t need more confidence in yourself. Maybe you need more confidence in Him. ❤️ 2 Corinthians 12:9: “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” One of the biggest fears I hear from parents considering homeschooling is, “But I’m not a teacher. How could I possibly teach my kids?” You don’t have to have every answer. You don’t have to choose the perfect homeschool curriculum. You don’t have to recreate a traditional classroom at home. And you definitely don’t have to have your entire homeschool journey figured out before you begin. You can learn. You can find resources. You can ask for help. You can change what isn’t working. And most importantly, you can pray for wisdom and trust God in the areas where you feel completely unqualified. Your weakness doesn’t automatically disqualify you. Sometimes it’s the exact place where you learn how much you were depending on your own strength in the first place.
