what about the tingling that comes to the crown of the head and spreads out and downward without the exercise just explained. Christian mysticism is more my focus.

Wait, I just had a really profound experience as I was watching this! I think I just had an epiphany that this is what I need to become - energy worker! Especially because of something happened to me that I don’t really know how to explain or what it is, like vibrations. Hmm this is giving me a lot of food for thought. Oh yeah about vortexes too, I do 7 circles of protection around me and my car, I’ve been doing that and now my bf does it and doesn’t think it’s crazy, lol 😂

The cool thing about this is that when you get familiar with it (practice), you can turn it on and off like a switch without meditation or rubbing your hands together.

I'm currently trying to harness the power of sleep paralysis. I am cursed with it I swear, but I know it's possible to claim the energy during these episodes.

I have a question. What could it mean, from a mystical or occult perspective, if bats come to me every night, toads appear around me, and larger spiders and flies keep showing up as well? Could these animals be carrying some kind of spiritual message or symbolism?

so once we have our ball of energy and intention set, for example money and let's say u want it for yourself. Would u send it back towards yourself or out towards the universe?
