I think a lot of people, women especially, want her to be innocent so we don’t have to face what could have happened when we went through PPP/PPD/PPA ourselves. It’s terrifying to think how close many of us could have been to her situation.

They don’t even realize they’re being just like how they claim patrick was. Neglecting her mental health to accuse the husband. They would rather the husband be fully responsible for what SHE did. Rather than advocate for women’s mental health especially regarding postpartum.

The best part is that they invent theories that have more inconsistencies than the normal timeline. They base them on tarot cards, dreams, imaginings, ideas. Many say that Patrick or someone else attacked Lindsay, but he wore gloves, which is why there are no fingerprints. What they haven't read is that knife wounds are self-inflicted (wounds from an attack, even if she was sedated, are not the same as self-inflicted wounds). They don't believe Lindsay could have been frozen, but they believe Patrick had a clone, his friend helped him, Rachel helped him, the police chief of investigations helped him, etc. How do their minds work?

Regardless of whatever actually happened, I really don’t feel like the prosecution has proven, beyond a reasonable doubt, that she did it. That’s why I am curious what the jury will come back with!

I think people are failing to realize, Lindsey is so broken and in shock because she was in deep psychological distress when the act occurred not because she has some new revelation she didn’t k!ll her children. It was an out of body experience , this case is traumatic for everyone involved.

Once the defense starts their case, and they realize that he is not going to argue that it was actually Patrick and reinforce that it was Lindsey, but she was not on the right mind, they are going to turn on him.
