lol that's where the wrong artisans excel. they will prepare specifically for interviews questions and how to answer them in the way the interviewer wants. some of us are just very good at doing the work instead of bragging about how we easily solved problems

some questions are just there, conflict, pressure. tell me you'd lose out on the best candidates because of such questions 😂😂, how on earth am I suppose to have an answer for a scenario I've never faced. Some of us you'll never find us in conflicts, we just want to do what we do and go home. Me I believe assessments are best, and believe its not easy to fake personality, for example you'd think I'm lazy because I know I seem like someone who is down, shows no emotions, voice is naturally down and I can't help it, real work is beyond interview.
