You could ask a land conservancy to purchase the land and protect it forever. Scenic Hudson, Wallkill Valley Land Trust, Mohawk Hudson Land Conservancy, and Dutchess Land Conservancy are amazing open space non profits.

Honestly you should start some type of non profit and get donations (people trust and admire you) to buy this land and more to save them from the solar and data centers.

Remember that guy who wanted to buy that airline going out of biz? Let’s say 2,000 people paid $500 up front that’s 1million. Then yearly taxes would be paid by money made off the land. How do 2,000 people buy a property together?

I live in Utica and got a letter the other day from the mayors office asking me if I want to enroll in a solar program that is physically located in Madison county. They’re saying if I enroll I’ll save 10% on my electric bills. It made me think of your TikTok and I don’t plan on enrolling.
