Net ball is actually a better sport for girls due to the fact that boys usually cause more chaos like shoving, pulling or whatever but net ball you can't touch the player, I think.

I’m netball, you cannot dribble the ball. You only have a limit of three seconds to pass. You can also not move more than one step. That step is basically a pivoting step. And I’m guessing you’re not allowed to let the ball hit the ground
