@daisyrv3: Things Rv Owners Google at 2AM "RV water heater won't light" — You didn't turn on the gas. Or you did, but you didn't hold the igniter long enough. Ten seconds. Count them. "Black tank won't drain" — The valve is open but nothing's coming out. You've got a pyramid plug. You didn't use enough water. Welcome to your first lesson in tank management. "Why is my RV beeping at 3 AM" — That's your LP detector. It's not a gas leak. It's the battery dying on the detector itself. Pull it, replace the battery, go back to sleep. "Is my RV fridge supposed to smell like ammonia" — No. That means the cooling unit is failing. That's not a Google fix. Call somebody. "Can I run my AC and microwave at the same time" — On 30 amp? No. You just tripped the breaker. Go outside, find the pedestal, flip it back. Now pick one. "RV converter fan won't stop running" — Your house batteries are low or dead. The converter is trying to charge them and working overtime. Check the water level in the batteries if they're flooded. If they're sealed, check the voltage. "What is the gray tank" — It's your sink and shower water. It's the other tank. Yes, there are two. Sometimes three. Save this post.
