It's a little further than an hour, but try calling the Nature Station in Land Between the Lakes. It would probably be about 2 hours from you. They rehab wildlife. If that can't help you, there is a chance they might know who can.

good luck to you. we had a baby squirrel a few wks back. mama, i believe was hit by a car in front of house. it was hard to find someone to come and get it. but we finally did. i was disgusted that i never got a reply from a specfic wildlife place i reached out to. thankful for a young lady at the humane society.

Gotten some great advice from some bird rescue places that are far from me, but we're really wonderful. The bird is sitting up now and responding a little bit more. Drink some water and one of the rescuers said give it a little bit of honey and we had some real unfiltered, honey and the Byrd really liked that.

Maybe you could ask in a rescue center or a wildlife rescue Facebook group with rehabbers for the Bird?🙏 not all vets are trained to treat birds and some can only offer to euthanize because of that, but a rehabber can surely help/at least give advice!
