I’ve washed feed bins several times no big issues with drying ( just leave it for 1 day) push a bulk bag into the bottom of the bin to give a footing for a ladder. If stuck feed is recurring bin vibrators would be an option. Hope this helps.

Don’t go near it with a pressure washer just get long shaft chisel on a powerful hammer drill and or long bar just to chip away at it

a rubber mallet for kerbs and hit it a few taps from outside. can hit it hard without damaging the bin either

Company in Cavan called clean Tec that specialises in cleaning out meal bins. wash out makes a serious mess Takes few days to dry out.
